The order is considered confirmed only after the offer has been accepted and, where required, the agreed payment or advance payment has been made.

6. Prices and payments

Fidani Plast may request an advance payment for customized orders or projects that require special production.

7. Production and installation timelines

Production and installation timelines depend on the type of product, quantity, material, workload, and technical conditions at the property.

Fidani Plast makes every effort to respect agreed timelines, but delays may occur for reasons beyond our control, such as material shortages, weather conditions, supply delays, limited access to the property, or changes requested by the customer.

8. Transport and installation

Transport and installation are carried out according to the agreement with the customer. The customer must provide suitable access to the property and normal conditions for installation.

If installation cannot be carried out due to lack of access, obstacles on the property, or unsuitable conditions, another appointment may be required.

9. Changes to the order

After order confirmation, changes to dimensions, materials, colors, model, or technical specifications may affect the price and delivery timeline.

If production has already started, changes may not be possible or may include additional costs.

10. Order cancellation

Customized orders produced according to the customer’s measurements or specific requirements may not be cancelled after production has started.

If cancellation is requested before production begins, Fidani Plast will review the request and inform the customer about the available options and cancellation conditions.

The warranty does not apply in cases where damage is caused by:

Fidani Plast will review the case and offer a suitable solution according to the nature of the problem.

Fidani Plast is not responsible for delays or problems caused by inaccurate information, late changes, or lack of access to the property.
